Shruti Sehra

As a Managing Partner leading New Profit’s Field Building and Education work, Shruti drives New Profit’s cross-sector influence work to build a thriving and inclusive nation. She also serves on the boards of New Teacher Center, Teaching Lab, and Zearn. Prior to New Profit, Shruti managed a campaign for California State Assembly, started a nonprofit organization, and held a series of manufacturing quality management positions. Shruti holds an SB from MIT, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and is a Pahara-Aspen Education Fellow.
