Throughout her career, Ms. Orton-Vipond has partnered with major foundations, multilateral agencies, and government bodies, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, UK’s Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (formerly DFID), and UNICEF. She specializes in resource mobilization, program design, and implementation, with a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions in data use, open government, and civic technology.
