Samantha (Peddicord) Ryder leads the operational team for the Equitable Access department for Candid. She oversees the back-end systems to enable Candid to partner with 1,200+ organizations via the Candid community. She also leads operational support to deliver hundreds of webinars annually. She joined Candid in 2018 after operating a consulting group that worked with a variety of clients including IT and financial firms, nonprofit organizations, and the City of Cleveland. Before consulting, she served as chief of staff for the Cleveland City Council and as a family liaison for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. She holds a Master’s in Humanities/International Relations from John Carroll University.
