Rachel Wyley is the Founder and CEO of Culture Kinesis, a coaching firm that supports individuals and organizations to do the work of cultural reimagination. Rachel began her nonprofit career as an educator in East Oakland; an experience that cemented her commitment to and love of community. Before launching Culture Kinesis, she served as Executive Director for two Bay Area nonprofit organizations, where she led regional fundraising, managed racially and experientially diverse Boards, and empowered teams to achieve critical outcomes for communities. Rachel attributes her successes in both arenas to preliminary investment in envisioning and installing a legacy-oriented culture.
