Olivia Ildefonso, Ph.D. is a critical geographer and co-founder of North Arrow, a consultancy helping nonprofits and foundations turn data and maps into tools for social good. She brings 15+ years of experience at the intersection of GIS, research, and social impact—from leading housing and education equity initiatives at ERASE Racism to teaching geospatial methods across CUNY. She holds a Ph.D. from the CUNY Graduate Center and serves as Chair of the Board of S.T.R.O.N.G. Youth.
