Ofira Bondorowsky

Ofira joined Charity Navigator to research and develop the organization’s impact framework and to help shape the rating methodology. As the director of ratings and nonprofit engagement, she collaborates with an array of stakeholders to identify indicators of nonprofit efficacy, devise models to better assess nonprofit performance, and expand the overall scope and depth of Charity Navigator’s ratings.

Over the past 20 years, she has held a range of administrative and leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, accumulating experience in public school administration, social policy and research analysis, children and family services, and nonprofit fundraising. The breadth and depth of her work in the social sector has informed her understanding of organizational efficacy, program outcomes, and social impact.
