Nicole Kerson

Nicole Kerson is the co-founder of Collected Company, a boutique AI strategy and implementation consulting firm that brings the outside expertise and execution capacity to make internal ambitions real. She works with leaders across industries who are accountable for AI transformation, but don’t have the headcount or playbook to deliver it alone.

Before founding Collected Company, Nicole spent over a decade at Google working on the early development and application of generative AI. Her work includes leading the launch of LaMDA, Google’s early generative AI model that helped lay the foundation for Gemini, and developing AI Test Kitchen to give the public one of its first hands-on experiences with AI. With an approach grounded in design thinking, she had focused on using tech for good, creating core features like Live Caption on Android and partnering with nonprofits to build platforms like Restor and Stonewall Forever.

Nicole brings a practical, product-driven perspective to AI adoption. Having helped move generative AI from research into real-world products, she understands that successful implementation depends on more than the technology itself. Through Collected Company, she partners closely with organizations to identify practical opportunities, prototype quickly, and implement solutions that are useful, measurable, and sustainable over time
