Molly Weinstein

Molly Weinstein leads Common Impact’s Field Building department, which designs new models and services that accelerate the organization’s ability to support communities through skills-based volunteerism. Weinstein pilots initiatives that direct corporate talent toward focused areas of community need, such as disaster preparedness and the nonprofit leadership gap. In her previous role as a consultant at Common Impact, she created, ran, and scaled pro bono programs that collectively generated upwards of $3.5 million in value for social sector organizations. Weinstein has presented at CR Magazine’s Commit Forum, the Points of Light Conference, VolunteerMatch Summit, the Massachusetts Conference on Volunteerism, and more.
