Madeleine Gleave

Madeleine Gleave is the Senior Director of Data Provider Product Management at Candid. She leads the strategy and buildout of Candid’s stand-alone data products, including APIs and data services, that power our partners’ platforms, programming, and research efforts.

Madeleine has consistently focused her career on the intersection of data and social impact. Prior to joining Candid, she was the Chief Data Scientist and Head of Product at Nithio, a startup focused on scaling clean energy investments across Sub-Saharan Africa by providing advanced risk analytics and due diligence data products. She has also held positions at the International Rescue Committee, Dharma Platform, the Center for Global Development, and GlobalGiving, and worked conducting research on nonprofit effectiveness and transparency initiatives in Nigeria and Uganda.

Madeleine holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Data Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University, and dual BSc/BA degrees in Economics and Political Science from Brigham Young University.
