Katrina Frei-Herrmann is a senior associate consultant in The Bridgespan Group’s Boston office. Since joining Bridgespan in 2022, she has focused on business model development for nonprofit clients and strategy development for nonprofits and philanthropic clients, in areas including reproductive health care, mental health advocacy, place-based work, and climate. Katrina has also conducted research on U.S. nonprofit funding model trends, how nonprofits find their funding strategy, and implementing windfall gifts.
