Kathleen O’Connor

Kathleen O’Connor is an Evaluation and Learning Consultant at TCC Group, a mission-driven consulting firm and certified B Corporation dedicated to helping foundations, nonprofits, and companies drive social impact. As a mixed-methods researcher and evaluator with deep expertise in qualitative methods, Kathleen is committed to fostering collaboration, amplifying diverse perspectives, and using data to inform meaningful change. With over two decades of experience in social science research and evaluation—spanning education, youth development, and environmental and climate change education—she brings a holistic approach to knowledge-building. Before joining TCC Group, she served as Director of Research and Evaluation at NatureBridge and contributed to the Stanford University Social Ecology Lab. Kathleen holds a BA in Environmental Science from Northwestern University and a PhD in Education (Developmental and Psychological Sciences) from Stanford University.
