Karen Graham is a consultant, speaker, trainer, and writer with expertise in technology leadership and innovation, nonprofit software, and digital strategy. Her consulting work includes technology roadmaps, software selection, and fractional CIO services.
Karen was the Executive Director of the national nonprofit Idealware and has held leadership roles in capacity building, arts, and human service organizations as well as a software startup. She earned an MBA in Nonprofit Management from the University of St. Thomas.
Karen is the author of the biannual Donor Management Software Use and Satisfaction study as well as dozens of white papers, research publications, and articles. She was a key contributor to TechSoup’s Digital Assessment Tool.
During her 24 years in the nonprofit sector, she has presented over 100 keynotes, webinars, workshops, and conference sessions for nonprofits, including events hosted by Candid, NTEN, Technology Association of Grantmakers, and many others.
Karen is thrilled to work at the intersection of technology and nonprofits, because she believes technology is here for good–and she is here to help unlock its potential. She loves seeing the spark of curiosity and confidence in learners and helping organizations become more effective.
