Joe Scantlebury

Joe Scantlebury has led dozens of organizations and programs designed to invest in and improve communities around the country. Currently, as the president and CEO of Living Cities, Scantlebury and his team work to close racial income and wealth gaps in U.S. cities. They leverage the power of Living Cities’ members, which are some of the world’s prominent foundations and financial institutions, to design and execute innovative solutions in homeownership and entrepreneurship. He has a J.D. in Law from New York University School of Law, and is skilled in nonprofit organizations, policy advocacy, youth development, program evaluation, organizational development, community enterprise development, conflict resolution and educational technology.
