Jill Miller is President and CEO of Bethesda Inc., co-sponsor of TriHealth and creator of the bi3 Fund. Through Jill’s 11-year leadership, the bi3 Fund has awarded more than $110 million in grants to TriHealth and community-based organizations to fuel health equity and innovation. She recently co-authored the book Infant Mortality and Other Wicked Problems, which captures Hamilton County’s collective efforts to reduce infant mortality to a historic low and provides a community-driven approach to creating change.
Jill has an MBA and has worked in corporate America and the nonprofit sector for over 20 years. In September 2025, Governor Mike DeWine of Ohio appointed her to chair the Children and Youth Advisory Council.
Jill has been named a 2025 Enquirer Woman of the Year, a 2024 YWCA Career Woman of Achievement, a 2023 Influential Woman of Greater Cincinnati by Venue Magazine, and a 2023 Woman Who Means Business by the Cincinnati Business Courier.
