Jessica Coughlin

Jessica has a variety of fundraising, marketing, and technology experience, from working in nonprofit sponsorship sales to customer success at a unicorn fintech company. Her passion is using business to fund mission-driven causes, always striving to inspire collaboration and foster organizational culture.

Before joining Candid, Jessica was Director of Development at CommonWealth Kitchen, a racial equity nonprofit serving food entrepreneurs in Massachusetts. Previously she worked at Toast, the restaurant software and financial technology company, to support product adoption with Boston area customers. Her love of public radio led to WBUR, Boston’s NPR news station, working in events and marketing, as well as business partnerships. She began her career in Chicago at the sponsorship consulting firm IEG and at Goose Island Beer Company.

Jessica holds a B.A. in Anthropology from The George Washington University and an M.B.A. in Leadership and Organizational Transformation from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
