Jenny Browne

Jenny Browne is the founder and principal of JB Advance, a Cleveland-based consulting practice that helps nonprofits build sustainable grant strategies and strengthen funder relationships. With a B.A. in Communications and nearly a decade of experience in the philanthropic sector, she specializes in designing strategic grant pipelines, writing compelling proposals, and managing foundation, corporate, and government funding portfolios.

Jenny has partnered with organizations of all sizes—from grassroots nonprofits to large foundations—across a wide range of fields, including workforce development, health and human services, arts and culture, education and literacy, public institutions, and research and advocacy organizations. Known for her thoughtful, relationship-centered consulting style, she is committed to helping mission-driven organizations communicate their impact clearly and connect with the resources they need to advance their impact.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and their two bright, bold little girls—as well as their anxious Boston terrier and cat who remains entirely unimpressed by all of it.
