Jennifer’s tenure as President and CEO of National 4-H Council was transformative. She led the team that modernized a legacy organization and brand by spearheading significant growth in revenue, relevance, representation and reach. Her career also includes pivotal roles at Boys & Girls Clubs of America and various health and higher education organizations, where she honed her skills as a fundraising professional and leader.
Jennifer’s professional recognition includes the prestigious Gold Stevie® Female Executive of the Year Award, Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business, and she is counted among Fortune’s Most Powerful Women.
Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University and is a Harry S. Truman Scholar.
