Jennifer Hoffman

Jennifer Hoffman serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Social and Environmental Entrepreneurs (SEE). Jennifer joined SEE in 2003 and has served in various roles within the organization before ultimately being named CEO. With over twenty years of experience in the nonprofit sector, specifically in managing fiscal sponsorship programs, she has enabled SEE to expand support to project partners and create networks with peer organizations, funders, and coalitions. She has grown SEE’s organizational revenue from $1 million when starting to raise over $100 million annually.

Jennifer co-founded the Southern California Fiscal Sponsor Network creating a resource-sharing and collaborative space for fiscal sponsors, which was replicated in other regions. Under Jennifer’s leadership, SEE launched a social enterprise titled Accountability to support the infrastructure for former fiscally sponsored projects. She has served as a guest speaker at University of California Los Angeles and mentored multiple nonprofit organizations developing their own fiscal sponsorship programs. Jennifer studied Biological Science at Florida Institute of Technology and holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Harvard University.
