Grace Lee is the executive director of Maryland New Directions and has been with the organization for more than 23 years. Under Grace’s leadership, Maryland New Directions has advanced its holistic approach to workforce development, and launched innovative new programs, including the Maritime, Transportation, Distribution, & Logistics program and Commercial Transportation Careers program, to offer specialized training, certifications, and job opportunities in local growth industries with immediate hiring needs.
