Today, Gayle leads Fundraising for Change, her consulting practice focused on philanthropic strategy, AI readiness, and leadership development. She is the co-founder of AIxImpact, a James Irvine Foundation-sponsored learning cohort for nonprofit consultants and serves as a moderator for OpenAI’s global community forum. A frequent speaker and trainer, she has presented on data-informed strategy and digital innovation for organizations including AFP Global, BlackRock, and Atlassian.
