Erin DeSandro is Candid’s Senior Development Manager, based in the Washington, D.C. area. She has spent the last eight years, first at GuideStar and now at Candid, with two main objectives. First, find opportunities to partner with funders to support our work in benefiting the Nonprofit Sector. Second, she works with funders to help think through how they can streamline their grantmaking processes using Candid’s many tools and resources.
With over 12 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations, Erin has previously worked at the New York Academy of Sciences, The Association for Talent Development, and SmithBucklin. She earned her BA from James Madison University and MPA with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from George Mason University.
