Elizabeth Zevada

Elizabeth supports Candid’s Funding Information Network partners across the Northeast United States. As such, she supports the network of libraries, community foundations, and other nonprofit resource centers by providing database access and support to local nonprofits. Previously, Elizabeth managed the day-to-day operations for Candid’s New York Learning Center and outward-facing public services and programming in the New York Metro Area.

Elizabeth joined Candid, in 2018 as a Programs Associate. For the last two years, she has managed Candid’s webinar programming aimed at strengthening nonprofit professional skills in fundraising, leadership and management, and organizational sustainability. More recently, as the Programs Specialist for Candid’s New York Learning Center, Elizabeth has been coordinating in-person programs for Candid’s audience in New York City.

Before coming to Candid, Elizabeth worked with the Sobrato Family Foundation and Lush Cosmetics’ Charitable Giving Program. Elizabeth has an M.A. in International Studies from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. in History from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
