Devin Harvath

Devin Harvath leads UX research at Candid. He is a researcher and strategist with over 10 years of experience generating insights about people in all kinds of settings. He enjoys learning about people, but not just for the sake of curiosity: he’s passionate about applying knowledge to help people address complex challenges.

With training in design and an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts, Devin accounts for both the attitudes and motivations of individuals but also the considerations of organizations, and thus he’s adept at identifying opportunities for innovation. He’s skilled at designing effective and efficient mixed methods research but his specialty is teasing out non-obvious insights from qualitative data. Equally important, he’s an experienced communicator able to deliver compelling results and recommendations that motivate a wide range of collaborators. In his free time, he and his wife tote their one- and three-year-old on as many hikes as possible.
