Cecilia Reis

Cecilia Reis is a senior associate consultant in Bridgespan’s DC hub, where she works with social impact leaders to strengthen strategy and impact. Recently, she coauthored How Small and Midsize U.S. Nonprofits Get Their Funding and The Strengths Small and Midsize Nonprofits Build on to Create a Resilient Funding Strategy, translating nonprofit data into actionable guidance for nonprofit leaders and funders.

Before joining Bridgespan, Cecilia served as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Brazil. She also helped launch the Austin branch of Dollar For, an organization dedicated to reducing medical debt by helping people access hospital financial assistance programs. In Austin she also partnered with Miracle Messages, an organization working to reconnect unhoused individuals with their loved ones, where she created and taught a graduate-level practicum at the University of Texas. Cecilia received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.
