Aruni Ranaweera

Aruni Ranaweera is the manager of field building for Common Impact, where she supports the evolution and growth of new services and program models by strategizing new partnerships between the corporate, government, and social sectors. In this role, she researches sector needs and trends and executes on opportunities for sharing skills, resources, and expertise. Ranaweera joined the Common Impact team as an associate consultant, where she developed and facilitated pro bono consulting engagements between nonprofit and corporate partners. She previously worked as an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan, where she advised on strategic transactions for public and private companies.
