Anabel Tejeda is a nonprofit administrator and musician with experience working alongside mission-driven institutions that seek to drive positive change in the community. She currently works as a development specialist at Candid, the largest source of information on philanthropy. Her previous fundraising and administrative experience include working with the Celebrity Series of Boston, the Heifetz International Institute of Music, and the Volta Music Foundation.
As an advocate of “arts for all,” she co-founded the Musiva Concert Series in Orlando, Florida, which seeks to make classical music more accessible and diverse. Ms. Tejeda has received recognition for her entrepreneurship and artistry in the form of awards and scholarships, including Duke Energy’s Diversity in the Arts grant, the NEC Entrepreneurial Musicianship Grant, Amy Winehouse Foundation’s “Amy’s Light Scholarship,” and the Glenn Miller Birthplace Society Award. Anabel Tejeda graduated from the New England Conservatory in Boston.
