Amy Hutchinson is the Chief Development Officer at Equality Now, a global leader in shaping and using the rule of law to end discrimination and violence against women and girls. She leads the organization’s efforts to mobilize resources and support for women’s movements that are advancing gender equality and human rights around the globe. Amy has worked at the intersection of human rights, social justice, and philanthropy for over two decades, serving in senior leadership positions for the last 15 years. Over the course of her career, she has helped drive organizational strategy, led philanthropy programs and helped forge strategic partnerships to strengthen movements for mental health, women’s rights, criminal justice reform, and genocide prevention. She also served as a Producer on an Emmy-nominated creative documentary on identity in the American South, which has been featured as an exhibit in the Philadelphia for Modern Art and other leading cultural institutions.
