Saejin Yoo

Saejin Yoo is an arts administrator at the New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA), where she supports three national initiatives in collaboration with the U.S. Regional Arts Organizations. These programs are focused on strengthening nonprofit arts organizations that serve underserved communities, particularly communities of color. In her previous role at the Social Innovation Forum, Saejin co-led and managed a national cohort of place-based intermediaries. She continues this work as a consultant with Radical Partners, where she works with organizations to enhance their local impact by connecting them with resources and fostering collaboration within social impact ecosystems.

Saejin holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Music from the Boston University School of Fine Arts. She resides in Boston and remains dedicated to advancing the intersection of the arts and social impact.
