Candid profiles offer you the most extensive, self-reported data on an organization’s leadership, board, and staff. Use this data to assess how an organization’s team reflects the communities it serves, evaluate alignment with specific funding priorities or values, and identify potential partnerships. 

When you are evaluating an organization, navigate to the People tab on their Candid profile data on the race/ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, and disability status of an organization’s staff, board, and leadership.
